A Pegex Certified Opportunity is a fully qualified project. This means that an inquiry was directed to our professionally trained customer service team, where a 20-minute phone interview is conducted. Afterwards, a strict compliance review ensured project viability.

After arrival to each of our websites, customers contact us via phone or email. All inquiries are directed to a Technical Support Specialist. We then conduct a phone interview with each qualified inquiry.

Pegex

Each interview lasts approximately 20 minutes, as our expert team gathers critical project information. When our interview ends, we conduct an internal compliance review. If the inquiry passes our strict requirements, and no additional follow-up questions are required, the inquiry becomes an opportunity.

Yes. Upon registering for Pegex, you will be asked to give a single location for your services. Once you have finished the registration process and are entered into Pegex, you will have the option to add additional service locations. For every location you have registered to your account, you will have access to jobs within those locations.

We ask that you only select the territories that you currently service.

Yes, you will be able to set your own notification preferences within your Pegex account. You can choose whether or not you would like to be notified when the following events happen:

  • won a job
  • lost a job
  • when there is a new opportunity in your area
  • when you have been outbid
  • when an auction is soon ending
  • if an auction has been cancelled
No, there is no limit, as long as you are able to provide services in each of the locations you have signed up for.
No, you will not need to create a separate account for each location you wish to sign up for. When you register, you will be asked to provide one service location. Once your account has been created, you will be able to add any additional service locations.
No, you will be able to access the exchange from any computer or smartphone with internet.
Over $50,000 of new qualified opportunities are added to Pegex daily. It’s a good idea to check daily to make sure you’re not missing out on any opportunities that have been posted near you.

For your convenience, an automated notification is sent to you everytime a new opportunity is posted within your service area. You may choose to turn this automated notification off.

After you win, you will receive an email notification with a link that will take you to your Pegex account where you will see all of the customer contact information. You can immediately contact the customer to deliver your formal quote and schedule services upon approval. You must contact the customer no later the end of the business day of the auction win.
The Pegex Guarantee means a Pegex Credit will be issued if a (BIN) Pegex Certified Opportunity meets one or more of the following criteria:­­­

  • The opportunity is no longer available when customer contact is made on the same day of purchase.
  • The waste types are materially different than the actual waste on site, and the vendor lacks the capability to perform the job.
  • Inaccuracies in client address or contact information prevents performance of work.

Vendor pre-requisites for Pegex Credit eligibility:

  1. Must contact customer by the end of the business day that the opportunity was purchased.
  2. Any BIN requests for credit for reasons that fall outside of the above criteria will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
There are no fees or costs for signing up or viewing opportunities in Pegex.

The Pegex Buy It Now mode will have opportunities for purchase and the purchase price will be shown on each opportunity.

The Pegex Auction mode is free to place bids. When a job is completed and the customer is invoiced, Pegex will invoice for 15% of the invoice total.
